CDL-A Linehaul Driver — Home Daily, $0.80–$0.90/mile

Our company is hiring solo Class A CDL drivers for dedicated FedEx Ground linehaul runs out of Troutdale, OR. You'll run set routes between FedEx Ground terminals and be back home every day. Both day and night shift openings are available.

Pay

• Day shift: $0.80 per mile

• Night shift: $0.90 per mile

• Routes typically run 350-550 miles per day

• Weekly pay generally lands between $1,400 and $2,400+

• That works out to roughly $72,000 to $124,000+ a year

Home time

• Home every day

• Schedule runs Wednesday through Sunday

• Steady, year-round freight

The work

• Solo runs only, no team driving

• Dispatch out of the FedEx Ground terminal in Troutdale, OR, with destinations to various FedEx Ground locations that can shift based on operational need

• Hook-and-drop trailer work, no freight handling

• Automatic transmission tractors, newer and well-kept

• You'll handle pre- and post-trip inspections, electronic logs, and trip paperwork while following FMCSA/DOT rules

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Doubles/triples endorsement required

• At least 1 year (385 days) of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years

• Current DOT medical card

• Clean driving record

• Must pass a DOT drug screen and background check

• Subject to an FMCSA Clearinghouse query

• Minimum age 21

• A plus if you've driven for FedEx Ground, UPS, Amazon, Old Dominion, Estes, XPO, Saia, R+L Carriers, or other linehaul/LTL carriers
