CDL-A Line Driver — Evenings, Home Daily, $0.70–$0.78/mile

Our company needs a CDL-A line driver to run tractor-trailer combinations between terminals and meet points in the Bend, OR area. You'll work evenings, Monday through Friday, and be home every night.

Pay

• Mileage rate of $0.70 to $0.78 per mile, with an added $0.03 per mile when running triples.

• Paid for drops, hooks, chaining, and fuel-related tasks.

• Paid for wait time.

• Equivalent hourly pay ranges from $29.98 to $33.57 depending on experience.

Schedule

• Evening shifts, Monday through Friday.

• Home daily.

• Must be willing to work nights and weekends when needed.

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight.

• Tractor-trailer combinations run between terminals or meet points, including in winter weather and varied road conditions.

Requirements

• Minimum age 21.

• Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Double/Triples endorsements.

• At least one year of verifiable commercial driving experience on similar equipment.

• Experience with doubles/triples and chaining is a plus but not mandatory.

• Current DOT medical card.

• Clean driving history: no DUI, reckless driving, or failed drug/alcohol test within the past 3 years.

• Able to chain up and drive safely in bad weather.

• Solid communication skills with dispatch, managers, and customers, plus basic English reading, writing, and speaking ability.
