CDL-A Lease-to-Own Owner Operator — Regional Ash Hauling or OTR

Our company is offering a lease-to-own path for CDL-A drivers who want to work toward owning their truck while running as an Owner Operator. You can choose between a regional ash-hauling route or OTR work, depending on availability.

Lease-to-own program

• No credit check and no interest

• Lease one of the company's trucks with a path toward owning it

• Work as an Owner Operator with room for long-term growth

Routes and home time

Regional ash hauling runs between Houston, TX and Louisiana, about 250 miles one way, with you home daily. Gross pay on this route can run up to $8,000 weekly.

OTR drivers must commit to at least 2 consecutive weeks on the road before getting 2 to 5 days home. Freight runs throughout the United States, and regional options may open up depending on your location and current freight needs.

Pay

Weekly pay ranges from $7,000.00 to $15,000.00.

Requirements

• Clean motor vehicle record required

• Valid Class A CDL

• 2 years of CDL-A driving experience preferred; drivers with less may still be considered

• Able to commit to a minimum 2-week OTR stretch when needed

• Must attend a 2-day in-person orientation in Ohio

• No DWI or DUI convictions in the past 60 months

• Must meet the company's and insurer's qualification standards

• Willing and able to operate as an Owner Operator

• Doubles/Triples endorsement preferred
