CDL-A Lease Purchase Truck Driver — Up to $12K/Week (Teams)

Our company is looking for CDL-A contractors, solo or team, to run under a lease purchase model. You pick your own loads, routes and home time instead of working under forced dispatch.

Pay

• Teams average $8,000-$12,000 per week paid to the truck, plus an extra $0.20/mi on published rates

• Solo contractors average $3,000-$4,000 per week

• Teams can gross up to $12K/week; solos up to $4K/week

• Base pay ranges from $1.05-$3.50 CPM

• Pay and bonuses can vary by job type, location, experience and performance, and are subject to change at the company's discretion

Home time

You set your own schedule and home time. Staying out 2+ weeks is recommended, but you decide how long you run.

• 100% no-touch freight, mostly drop and hook with preloaded trailers

• OTR lanes with no appointments needed

• Freight access across 19 core locations

• You choose your own lanes and routes with no forced dispatch

Lease purchase details

• Move from company driver to owner with down payments starting at $1,500

• Lease trucks through partners like Lone Mountain, Arrow and TEL, with various specs and payment plans

• Weekly truck payments start at $400, with terms from 30 to 84 months

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
