CDL-A Lease Purchase Truck Driver — Up to $12K/Week Gross (Teams)

Our company is looking for CDL-A contractors, solo or team, for a lease purchase opportunity with no forced dispatch. You pick your own loads, lanes and home time while our company handles freight access, billing and compliance.

Pay

• Teams average $8,000 to $12,000 per week paid to the truck, plus an extra $0.20/mi on published rates

• Solo contractors average $3,000 to $4,000 per week

• Base pay ranges from $1.05 to $3.50 CPM

• Referral bonuses: $1,000 for solo referrals, $4,000 for team referrals

• Pay and bonus figures can shift based on job type, location, experience, performance and company discretion; confirm current numbers with a recruiter

How it works

• You decide which freight to run, which routes to take, and when to be home

• Freight is available across 19 core locations; staying out 2+ weeks is recommended but not required

• Loads are 100% no-touch, drop and hook, with trailers preloaded and no appointments needed

• No need to find your own freight or manage billing, compliance or collections, our company takes care of that

• If you want a co-driver, our company can help pair you with one

Equipment and lease terms

• Transition from company driver with a low down payment starting at $1,500

• Lease trucks through partners such as Lone Mountain, Arrow and TEL, with several spec and payment options

• Weekly truck payments start at $400, with terms ranging from 30 to 84 months

• Pick a lease structure that matches your budget instead of a single fixed plan

Requirements
