CDL-A Lease Purchase Owner-Operator — Up to $12K/Week Teams

Our company is looking for CDL-A contractors, solo or team, to run their own business under a lease purchase model. You pick your own loads, lanes and home time, with no forced dispatch and no competing for freight.

Pay

• Teams average $8,000-$12,000 per week paid to the truck, plus an extra $0.20/mi on published rates

• Solo contractors average $3,000-$4,000 per week

• Base pay ranges from $1.05-$3.50 CPM

• Pay and bonus figures vary by job type, location, experience and performance, and can change at the company's discretion

• Referral bonuses: $1,000 for solo drivers, $4,000 for teams

*High-end figures reflect top performers, not guaranteed earnings.

Home time and routes

• You set your own routes and schedule, with freight available out of 19 core locations

• Staying out 2+ weeks is recommended, but how long you run is up to you

What you'll haul

• 100% no-touch freight, drop and hook with trailers already loaded

• OTR lanes are mostly drop and hook with no appointments needed

Lease and equipment

• Move from company driver to owner-operator with down payments starting at $1,500

• Lease trucks through partners such as Lone Mountain, Arrow and TEL, with a range of specs and payment plans

• Weekly truck payments start around $400, with terms from 30 to 84 months

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license

• At least 1 year of verifiable driving experience
