About this job
Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers in Nevada to run OTR reefer freight as a Lease Purchase or Owner Operator contractor. You'll run as a 1099 independent contractor, picking your own loads and managing your own business with support available around the clock.
Pay
Top performers (top 25%) see average annual revenue between $240,000 and $330,000. Keep in mind this is gross revenue for an owner operator, not take-home driver wages, since it's before truck payments, fuel, and other business costs.
Equipment
You'll drive newer trucks from Kenworth, Freightliner, Volvo, or Peterbilt. Lease options are available with no money down required and no credit check. Estimated weekly truck payments run $440 to $750.
Support
Swift gives you access to a load board around the clock with hundreds of loads to choose from, plus a trailer network of more than 50,000 units. There are over 34 shop and terminal locations nationwide, and contractors get a discounted shop rate of $80 per hour.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- At least 21 years old
- At least 9 months of CDL-A driving experience
