CDL-A Lease Purchase OTR Driver — Up to $4K/Week Solo

Our company is looking for CDL-A contractors, solo and teams, for a lease purchase opportunity with full control over loads, lanes and time off. You run as an independent contractor, picking your own freight instead of working under forced dispatch.

Pay

• Teams average $8,000-$12,000 per week paid to the truck, plus an extra $0.20/mi on published rates.

• Solo contractors average $3,000-$4,000 per week.

• Base pay ranges from $1.05-$3.50 CPM, and all pay and bonus figures can vary by job type, location, experience and performance, and are subject to change at the company's discretion.

• Referral bonuses: $1,000 for solo drivers, $4,000 for teams.

What you'll haul

• 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight with preloaded trailers.

• OTR lanes are mostly drop-and-hook with no appointments required.

Lease options

• Move from company driver to owner with a low down payment starting at $1,500.

• Lease trucks through partners such as Lone Mountain, Arrow and TEL, with a range of specs and payment plans.

• Weekly truck payments start at $400, with terms from 30 to 84 months.

Requirements
