This lease-purchase opportunity with our company and KDA Logistics lets you run your own truck as an owner-operator, hauling dry van, reefer or flatbed freight OTR across all 48 states. New Kenworth W900, KW T680 2025 and Freightliner Cascadia 2026 trucks are available now, and SAP drivers are welcome to apply.
Pay
You keep 75%, 77% or 88% of gross revenue depending on which plan you choose; the lower percentage plans bundle in trailer rent, cargo liability, dispatch fee and ELD service, while the 88% plan covers only dispatch fee and bills the rest separately (Dry Van 53ft $300/week, Reefer 53ft $400/week, Flatbed 53ft $320/week, Flatbed 48ft $280/week, Step Deck $350/week, cargo liability $275/week, ELD $15/week). Expect average weekly gross between $6,000 and $9,000+, with a clean weekly paycheck of $1,000 to $3,500+ depending on your performance. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
Home time
Plan on being out 2-3 weeks or more, with 4+ days at home between runs.
What you'll haul
Dry van, reefer and flatbed trailers, all new equipment provided by the company.
Lease terms
Trucks available include Freightliner Cascadia (2018-2026), International LT (2019-2023), and Kenworth T680/W900 (2018-2026), priced $550-$929 weekly depending on age and mileage. No balloon payment - the truck is titled in your name once the lease ends, and it's a walk-away lease with no credit check and $0 down. Additional weekly costs include a $2,500 escrow (built up via $100 weekly deductions and refunded when you leave, within 45 days), physical truck insurance ($160-180), registration and highway taxes ($60), occupational insurance ($50), Prepass/Transflow ($10), optional TVC benefits ($5), a 5 cpm maintenance fund that's refunded if unused, and trailer maintenance ($100). You're responsible for fuel (paid via company fuel card, deducted from your check) and tolls.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 2 years of OTR or regional driving experience
- Clean driving record with no truck abandonment history
- Current DOT physical
- Minimum age 23
