CDL-A Lease Purchase OTR Driver — 80% of Gross

Our company LLC / MTE-Leasing is looking for CDL-A over-the-road drivers for a lease-purchase program on late-model trucks. You run dry van freight, mostly no-touch, as a 1099 driver paid a percentage of gross.

Pay

• 80% of gross, with an estimated average gross of $6,500 per week.

• Weekly mileage bonuses: $100 at 2,100 loaded miles, $225 at 2,300, $275 at 2,500 and $350 at 2,800.

• $500 sign-on bonus paid after your first 9,000 miles.

• Advances of up to $200 a week; pay arrives weekly by direct deposit.

The lease

• Trucks: 2023 and newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680.

• Weekly lease cost: $750 for a 2023 (3 years), $850 for a 2024 (3 years), $950 for a 2025 (4 years), taken out of your weekly settlement.

• $5,000 down, or a loan repaid at $300 a week. No credit check and no interest, since the lease works from a Common Revenue Target. A $15,000 balloon/residual is due at the end.

• Factory warranty balance where it applies, plus a 7-day initial trial.

• You cover plates/registrations, the fuel card, physical damage insurance, 2290/IRP and IFTA reporting.

What you'll haul

• All dry van, no-touch freight; driver-assist loads are optional.

• About 70% drop and hook, with steady customer freight (70%) plus brokered loads.

• No hazmat, Canada or Mexico; loads cover the lower 48.

Home time and support

• Choose your own loads and how often you go home, with no forced dispatch.

• 24/7 support team based in Michigan.

• Fuel, maintenance and tire discounts; fuel discounts vary by volume and Love's/TA franchise ownership.

• Rider and one dog allowed.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of recent, verifiable CDL-A experience pulling 48-53 ft trailers.

• Valid CDL and a DOT medical card on file.

• SAP applicants are considered once Step 5 of Return-To-Duty is done; a C/TPA can be used for that step.
