CDL-A Lease Purchase OTR Driver — 80/20 Split, No Touch Freight

Our company LLC / MTE-Leasing is offering a lease purchase program for CDL-A drivers who want to run their own truck over the road. You'll haul dry van freight across the lower 48, with no forced dispatch and the ability to choose your own loads and home time.

Pay

• You keep 80% of gross revenue under the lease purchase pay structure

• Weekly gross is estimated at $6,500 on average

• Weekly pay is direct deposited with no delays

• Earn a $500 bonus each month you run 10k loaded miles

• Get a $500 bonus 30 days after you start

Lease details

• Choose a 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680

• Trucks carry the remaining factory warranty where applicable, plus a 7-day trial period

• $5,000 down payment required (a loan option is available at $300/week)

• Weekly lease cost depends on truck year: $750 for a 2023 (3-year lease), $850 for a 2024 (3-year lease), or $950 for a 2025 (4-year lease)

• Lease payments come out of your weekly settlement and go to the leasing company

• No credit check, and no interest charged on the lease amount (based on a Common Revenue Target model)

• A $15,000 balloon/residual payment is due at the end of the lease

What you'll haul

• All dry van, no-touch freight, with optional driver-assist loads

• 70% of freight is drop and hook

• 70% comes from a steady customer base, with the rest brokered

• No HAZMAT, Canada, or Mexico runs

• Fuel and maintenance discounts to help cut your costs (amount varies by volume and Love's/TA franchise ownership)

• The company covers plates/registration, fuel card, physical insurance, Hwy 2290/IRP, and IFTA reporting costs on your behalf

• Riders and one pet dog are allowed under company policy

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A with at least 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience pulling 48-53ft trailers

• Valid DOT medical card attached to your CDL

• SAP applicants are considered, provided Step 5 of the Return-to-Duty process is complete (a C/TPA may be used to complete this step)

• Must reside in one of the hiring states: AL, AR, CT, DE, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, KY, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NH, NJ, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, VA, WV, WI
