CDL-A Lease Purchase Driver — Owner-Operator, Up to $4K/Week Solo

Our company is looking for CDL-A contractors, solo or as a team, to run under a lease purchase model with full control over loads, lanes and time off. There's no forced dispatch and no competing for freight, so you build your own business while our company handles the back-office work.

Pay

• Teams average $8,000-$12,000 per week paid to the truck, plus an extra $0.20/mi on published rates

• Solo contractors average $3,000-$4,000 per week

• Base pay ranges from $1.05-$3.50 CPM

• Referral bonuses: $1,000 for solo drivers, $4,000 for teams

• Pay and bonus figures depend on job type, location, experience and performance, and can change at the company's discretion; confirm exact numbers with a recruiter

• You pick your own loads, routes and home time, with freight available out of 19 core locations

• Staying out 2+ weeks is recommended, but the schedule is yours to set

Requirements
