CDL-A Lease Purchase Driver — $1.27/Mile + Fuel Surcharge

Our company is hiring solo CDL-A drivers for its lease purchase program, where you run a Volvo truck over the road and work toward owning it. The posting advertises a solo gross of $3K-$4,500 per week, and trucks can be bought out in as little as 1.6 years (ask a recruiter about eligibility).

Pay

• $1.27 per mile plus the current fuel surcharge rate, paid on all dispatched miles, loaded and empty.

• Settlements are paid weekly.

• For drivers leasing a 2023-2025 Volvo 760: a $250 bonus the week of orientation, $150 orientation pay, a $500 onboarding fuel credit and half-price truck payments for the first 6 months.

• Ask about the Jumpstart program (2022 Volvo 760s, depending on availability) and about recent truck term changes.

• Trucks are 2022-2025 Volvos, kept well maintained.

Requirements

• CDL-A.

• At least 1 year of OTR experience.

• No major traffic violations in the past 3 years.

• No at-fault DOT recordable accidents in the past 3 years.

• Age 23 or older.

Good to know

• The bonus and incentive programs are not a contractual obligation. Our company can disqualify a contractor, or change or end a program, at its sole discretion.

• You must still be running for our company when a bonus is paid. Our company may apply up to 50% of an eligible bonus toward any debt you owe the company.
