CDL-A Lease Purchase Driver — $1.05/Mile Loaded, $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company in San Antonio, TX is looking for CDL-A drivers to join its lease purchase program. You would lease a late-model truck and haul year-round essential freight. The company says there is no money down and no credit check.

Pay and incentives

• $1.05 per mile plus fuel surcharge on all loaded miles

• $0.90 per mile on all empty miles

• $10,000 sign-on bonus, paid out in equal weekly installments

• Your first 5 weeks come with no lease payment

• Cowan says its top 10% of drivers earn $249,000 in annual gross revenue

Home time and freight

• Schedule: 2 weeks out, then 2 days home

• All freight is no-touch

• Loads are described as steady, year-round essential freight

Equipment

• You lease a late-model truck, and all trucks are less than 2 years old

Requirements

• A valid Class A CDL

• At least 9 months of verifiable Class A experience within the last 3 years, in dry van, reefer, container, flatbed and/or tanker

• Steady Class A driving experience

• A safe driving record
