About this job
Our company is looking for CDL-A lease operators to run OTR dry van or refrigerated freight on newer Kenworth equipment, with earnings tied to line haul revenue and a lease designed to get you rolling fast.
Pay
- You keep 75% of line haul revenue, plus 50CPM on deadhead miles.
- Top earners take home between $130,000 and $150,000 per year.*
- Weekly truck payments run $625-$775 depending on truck year, with no interest and no mileage penalties.
- Pay and bonus figures can shift based on job type, location, experience, performance and company discretion - ask a recruiter for the current numbers.
Equipment and lease terms
- Drive a 2023 or newer Kenworth.
- No money down and no credit check to start.
- Your first two truck payments are deferred while you get going.
- At the end of your term, buy the truck at fair market value or roll into a new lease.
- You can reserve a truck up to two weeks before you arrive to make sure it's the right fit.
- Note that weekly truck payments don't cover fixed expenses.
Home time
- Expect to be home every 2-3 weeks, with resets you can plan around.
What you'll haul
- OTR dry van or refrigerated freight.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A.
- For dry van: at least 6 months of OTR experience within the last 3 years.
- For refrigerated: 6-12 months of OTR experience within the last 3 years; prior reefer experience is a plus.
- Clean, safe driving history.
