About this job
Run intermodal freight out of the Harrisburg, PA area and sleep in your own bed every night. You'll work a set schedule, either Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday, with both day and night shifts open.
Pay
- Weekly pay ranges from $1,500 to $1,600, averaging around $1,600
- $40 paid for each stop
- Expect roughly 1,800 miles a week
Home time
- You're home every day
- If a holiday falls on your scheduled shift, you'll be working that day
What you'll haul
- Intermodal loads involving live loading, live unloading, and drop-and-hook
- All freight is no-touch
- Steady, reliable volume with consistent miles
Requirements
- Current Class A CDL
- At least 3 months of solo driving experience with a CDL-A
- Home address within 50 miles of Harrisburg, PA 17038
- Able to pass a DOT drug screen and road test
