About this job
Our company needs a local CDL-A driver for intermodal port work out of the Garden City Port in Garden City, Georgia. You'll run local lanes on day shifts and be home every night.
Pay
- $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
- Weekly direct deposit, with pay increases available
- Paid for both loaded and empty miles, using practical miles rather than short miles
- Extra pay for tolls, scales, layovers, stop offs, reloads and dray work
Home time
You're home every night after your day shift, running local lanes only.
What you'll haul
All freight moves through local lanes tied to the Garden City Port, with plenty of mileage available and flexible lane assignments.
Requirements
- Valid CDL
- At least 24 months of recent driving experience
- Clean PSP/MVR record
- TWIC card
- Prior experience at the Garden City Port
