About this job
Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers in Louisville, KY for local intermodal work. You'll be home every day, work a day shift, and have weekends off, with steady year-round hours.
Pay

What you'll haul
- Finished goods and raw materials moved between plants, distribution centers and customer sites, with consistent routes and schedules
Responsibilities
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Stick to your assigned route and delivery times
- Keep accurate logs, mileage, and fuel/toll receipts
- Use GPS and onboard systems to track your loads
- Follow DOT rules and company safety practices
- Help with loading and unloading positioning as needed
- Report any vehicle problems, accidents, or delays right away
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- At least 3 years of Class A driving experience
- Clean driving record with no recent moving violations
- Solid understanding of DOT regulations
- Comfortable with GPS and electronic logging tools
- Able to work independently and adjust to changing road and weather conditions
