About this job
This is an over-the-road CDL-A driving role with our company LLC, running Monday through Friday with weekends off. It's a 1099 arrangement where you earn 25% of what the truck brings in, with typical weekly totals falling between $1,000 and $2,000.
Pay
- Paid as 25% of the truck's gross earnings (1099 contractor pay)
- Typical weekly range runs $1,000.00 to $2,000.00
Home time
- Out Monday through Friday, home on weekends
What you'll haul
- Equipment may include tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds and tankers depending on the load
Requirements
- Valid CDL with any endorsements needed for the equipment or freight
- Experience in commercial or OTR truck driving is helpful
- Comfortable driving a manual transmission
- Able to safely load and unload freight by hand
- Understanding of FMCSA, DOT and hazardous materials rules
