Swift Transportation needs a CDL-A driver out of Harrisonville, MO for a mix of dedicated and OTR work serving a big box customer. You'll get home weekly with predictable freight on this lane.

Pay

• Average weekly pay of $1,200

• Trip pay runs $0.49 to $0.60 per mile based on dispatched miles, route, and your verifiable experience

• Monthly performance bonus on top of base pay

• Vacation pay starts at $800 after your first year

• Weekly home time

• Dedicated lane with predictable freight for a big box customer, combined with OTR runs

• Loads are not preloaded, so plan for some wait or handling time

• Includes holiday and weekend work

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL; new drivers are trained

• Must be 21 or older

• No current disqualification from operating a commercial vehicle under any federal, state, or local rule

• No more than 1 preventable on-road or DOT loss in the past 2 years, no more than 3 preventable accidents in that span, and no major preventable accident in the last 5 years

• No serious traffic violations in the past year, and no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years

• No conviction for transporting, possessing, or misusing Schedule 1 drugs while on duty within the last 3 years
