CDL-A Heavy Tow Truck Driver — Commission Pay, $80K–$150K+ Potential

Our company in New Market, IN is looking for a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for commercial towing, recovery, and roadside calls. This role pays based on how much work you complete, so it suits drivers who want to stay busy and take as many calls as they can handle, not those who want steady hourly pay for slower days.

Pay

• Commission-based pay with earning potential of $80K–$150K+

• No earnings cap

• Steady demand and call volume to keep you working

Schedule

• On-call rotation covering nights and weekends

• High volume of calls with work consistently available

• Expected to respond quickly once dispatched

What you'll do

• Handle heavy-duty towing, vehicle recovery, and roadside assistance

• Get to breakdowns, accidents, and emergency scenes promptly

• Safely run wreckers and recovery gear

• Stay in contact with dispatch and customers throughout each job

• Finish jobs with full documentation and photos

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license

• Clean driving record

• Able to pass a DOT drug test

• Available for nights, weekends, and on-call shifts

• Able to work outdoors in any weather

• Dependable and quick to respond when a call comes in

Helpful experience

• Background in heavy-duty towing or recovery work

• Mechanical or diesel repair knowledge

• Experience with winching, shifting loads, or accident recovery
