Our company is hiring CDL-A heavy haul drivers in Scranton, PA to deliver mobile homes and modular units to dealers and job sites across the Midwest and North East. The company says you will not sit waiting for loads, and it is also expanding into flatbed freight.
Pay
- Average weekly pay of $2,300 - $3,200, with motivated drivers reaching up to $3,200 a week
- A fuel card the company says stays active because it is financially stable
Home time and routes
- Most drivers are home every weekend; if you want to earn more, you can keep running through the weekend
- Main runs go from PA to ME and average over 800 miles per trip
- Longer OTR trips are open to drivers who like staying out for extended periods
What you'll do
- Haul oversize mobile homes and modular units to dealers and site locations
- Coordinate customer deliveries so each home arrives safely and on time
- This is demanding work that takes problem-solving, not simple dry van dock-bumping
Requirements
- CDL-A license
- At least 1.5 years of CDL-A driving experience
- Oversize load experience helps but is not required
- Clean drug history
