About this job
J.H. Seale & Son needs a petroleum transport driver for local, day-shift work in the Savannah, GA market. You'll haul fuel in a tractor-trailer tanker and be back home every day.
Pay
- $1,800.00 to $2,200.00 per week
- Earning potential up to $115,000 per year
- Extra bonus pay tied to safety and performance
Home time
- Local routes with daily home time for a better work/life balance
- Full-time, solo company driver position
- Expect some holiday and weekend work
What you'll haul
- Gasoline, diesel, bio-diesel and/or ethanol
- Equipment is refreshed every 3-4 years
Requirements
- Minimum age 24
- Proven, documented experience hauling gas, diesel, bio-diesel and/or ethanol
- Steady, verifiable employment background
- Class A CDL with both Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, plus the ability to get a TWIC card
- Clean record regarding drugs or alcohol for the past 5 years, with no charges currently pending
- Comfortable with basic math, including figuring net gallons
- English reading and speaking ability per FMCSA rule 391.11(b)(2)
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Savannah, GA 31406 area before starting
