CDL-A Fleet Driver — $7,500 Retention Bonus, Flexible Rotational Schedule

Our company is hiring a CDL-A Fleet Driver 2 to haul equipment and materials between job sites. You'll run a rotational schedule and sleep in your assigned truck instead of hotels, with per diem covering the difference.

Pay and bonus

• $7,500 retention bonus for staying on and growing with the company

• Per diem provided while on the road

Schedule

• Choose a rotation that fits you: 14 days on / 7 days off or 6 days on / 3 days off

• Expect extended shifts beyond 8 hours when needed, with travel up to 100% of the time

What you'll haul

• Equipment and materials delivered to various job sites

• You keep your assigned truck, trailer and cargo in your care throughout

The job

• Drive safely and efficiently while meeting company policy, client needs and DOT rules

• Handle pre-trip and post-trip inspections and paperwork like DVIRs

• Take part in safety meetings and follow HSE guidelines

• Communicate clearly with your team, work independently once instructed, and stay adaptable as conditions change

• Understand permit requirements and DOT compliance

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license

• At least 2 years of driving experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Hazmat endorsement preferred

Working conditions

• Outdoor work in all kinds of weather, including heat, cold, noise and dust

• Lifting up to 30 pounds and physical tasks like climbing, bending, standing and walking

• Working near moving vehicles and equipment
