CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver — Regional, Home Weekly, $1,250–$2,100/Week

Our company is hiring experienced flatbed drivers for regional runs out of Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin, TX. You'll stay within 500 miles of home with steady miles and weekly home time.

Pay

• Weekly pay ranges from $1,250 to $2,100, based on your base CPM, which factors in your total driving experience, not just your time at Andrus

• Minimum weekly pay of $1,250 is guaranteed as long as you hit your required weekly miles

• $5,000 sign-on bonus

• Extra bonuses available for mileage, idle time, fuel efficiency, extra stops, longevity, Hazmat endorsement, and veteran status

• Tarped loads pay $100 if delivered between December 15 and March 15, or June 15 and September 15; all other tarped loads pay $80

Routes and home time

• Southern regional lanes keep you within 500 miles of Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin

• Get home weekly on a dependable schedule

• Riders allowed after your first 3 months, with company approval

• Pets welcome starting with your very first load

Equipment and support

• Drive newer automatic Freightliners and Volvos, all under 3 years old

• Trucks come equipped with premium interiors, ELDs, Prepass, Qualcomm, and Transflo

• You'll have a dedicated fleet manager who knows you personally and is available whenever you need help

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 23 years old

• Minimum 12 months of OTR experience

• At least 6 months of flatbed experience

• No DUI or reckless driving violations in the last 5 years

• Hazmat endorsement preferred
