CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver — $0.67 CPM, $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for its flatbed division, hauling oversized air conditioner units round-trip. You need one year of driving experience; no flatbed background required since additional training is provided during orientation.

Pay

• Starting rate of $0.67 per mile

• Average weekly earnings of $1,599, with top performers reaching $1,854 a week

• $2,000 bonus for joining, plus $1,000 orientation pay on your first dispatch

• $30 for each stop, $25 for securement work, and $75 for tarping

• Extra pay for oversized loads: $75 to $200 depending on mileage, or $400 for loads over 64,000 lbs

• $100 per loaded border crossing if you choose Canadian runs

• Weekly pay schedule

Home time

Expect to be out 7 to 10 days, depending on your location.

What you'll haul

You'll run flatbed trailers loaded with oversized air conditioning units on consistent, steady round-trip routes. The fleet runs late-model Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks, averaging 16 months old, with features like refrigerators, leather seating, double curtain wraps, double bunks and built-in inverters.

• Valid CDL-A license
