CDL-A Flatbed Regional Truck Driver — $1,400–$1,700/Week, Home Weekly

Our company is looking for CDL-A flatbed drivers for regional runs. Most drivers make it home every weekend, and the fleet stays relatively new.

Pay

• $1,400 to $1,700 per week

• Starting rate is 27% of line haul

• $1,500 orientation bonus, paid once you deliver your first load

• $4,000 retention bonus, paid out over the year

• Paid weekly

• Layover pay of $75

• Breakdown pay: $75 for the first day, then 80% of your daily average after that

• Tarp pay applies to the 40% of loads that need tarping (no 8ft tarps involved)

Home time

95% of drivers get home every weekend.

Equipment

The fleet averages 2.5 years old.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 22 years old

• 1 year of OTR driving experience

• Comfortable with tarping and securing loads

• No more than 5 jobs in the last 3 years

• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
