CDL-A Flatbed OTR Truck Driver — $5,000 Sign-On, 2 Weeks Out

Our company needs solo flatbed drivers for an OTR run cycle of 14 days out with 2 nights home. This is a W2 company driver role hauling flatbed freight with steady weekly miles.

Pay

• Base pay of 70 CPM, with all miles paid, plus $30 per load

• Earn an extra 10 cents per mile on every mile if you hit 11.5k+ miles in a month

• $5,000 bonus for signing on

• Wage range listed as $0.70-$0.80 per mile

• Typical weekly mileage runs 2,200-2,500+ miles

Home time

• Schedule is 14 days out with 2 nights at home, typical for this OTR setup

• Flatbed OTR freight

Requirements

• At least 12 full months of CDL-A driving experience

• Flatbed experience required

• No DUI or DWI within the past 5 years

• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents

• No excessive speeding (21+ mph over the limit) within the past 3 years

• Fleet includes Volvo, International, and Peterbilt 567 trucks with automatic transmissions, inverters, and APUs
