CDL-A Flatbed OTR Driver — Home Weekly, Up to $91,500/Year

Our company is looking for CDL-A flatbed drivers for OTR runs that get you home weekly. New CDL school graduates are welcome, and the home terminal is in Shoals, IN.

Pay

• Earn between $77,000.00 and $91,500.00 per year depending on experience, with drivers averaging over $80,000 per year

• Paid weekly, plus accessorial pay and paid training

• Regular incentive bonuses tied to mileage, safety, compliance, and fuel usage

• Driver referral program pays up to $2,000 per referral, with no cap on total earnings

• Military and Veteran applicants get incentive starting pay

Home time

• OTR routes with weekly home time

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• Clean driving history and compliance with DOT/FMCSA rules

• Able to pass a road test, agility test, and pre-employment drug screening

• No prior experience necessary; recent CDL school grads are encouraged to apply
