CDL-A Flatbed/Lowboy Equipment Driver — $27.07–$40.59/hr

Our company is looking for a Class A CDL driver to move equipment to and from customer job sites. You'll haul tools and machinery on flatbed (dovetail) or RGN (lowboy) trailers through city, suburban and rural areas, including tight construction zones.

Pay

• $27.07 to $40.59 per hour, with the exact starting rate depending on things like position, location, education, training and experience.

What you'll haul

• Equipment, tools and supplies delivered to and picked up from customer worksites.

• Primarily flatbed (dovetail) and RGN/lowboy trailer loads.

• Driving conditions range from urban and suburban streets to rural roads and active construction zones.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a CDL and a clean enough driving record to meet company standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Prior experience or training with similar commercial equipment preferred, especially flatbed, RGN/lowboy or dovetail trailers.

• Comfortable handling basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on equipment and vehicles in the field.

• A customer-focused attitude.

• Able to bend, squat, crouch, reach and lift 50 pounds or more, working both indoors and outdoors as needed.
