CDL-A Flatbed Driver — $5,000 Sign-On Bonus, Avg $88K/Year

Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for its flatbed fleet. No flatbed background required, you'll get hands-on training during orientation. Expect steady miles hauling oversized flatbed loads, with time away from home running 14 to 21 days depending on your location.

Pay

• Starting rate: $0.64 per mile

• Average yearly earnings around $88K, with top earners reaching $98K

• $1,000 orientation pay on your first dispatch

• $5,000 hiring bonus, paid out monthly

• $30 per stop, plus $25 per stop for securement and $50 per stop for tarping

• Over-dimensional load pay: $75 to $200 depending on mileage, or $400 for loads over 64,000 lbs

• $100 per loaded border crossing if you choose Canadian runs

• Paid weekly

• $3,000 bonus for referring other drivers

Home time

Plan on being out 14 to 21 days at a stretch, depending on where you're running.

What you'll haul

Oversized and heavy flatbed freight, with consistent, steady mileage built into the fleet's dispatch model.

Equipment

• Trucks average 16 months old, with none older than 3 years

• Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia models featuring refrigerators, leather seats, double curtain wraps, double bunks and built-in inverters

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 22 years old

• Steady work history

• Clean driving record
