CDL-A Flatbed Driver — $5,000 Hiring Bonus, Top Earners $98K

Our company needs CDL-A drivers for its flatbed division in Iowa, hauling oversized air conditioner units round-trip. No flatbed background? Training is included during orientation so you're ready to roll.

Pay

• Starting pay: $0.64 per mile

• Average annual earnings: $88K

• Top performers earn $98K a year

• $1,000 orientation pay after your first dispatch

• $5,000 hiring bonus, paid out monthly

• $30 per stop, plus $25 per stop for securement and $50 per stop for tarping

• Over-dimensional pay: $75-$200 depending on miles, $400 for loads over 64K, and $100 per loaded border crossing if you choose Canadian runs

• Weekly paychecks

• $3,000 bonus for referring other drivers

Home time

Expect to be out 7-10 days, depending on your location.

Steady, consistent freight: oversized air conditioner units on flatbed trailers, round-trip.
