This regional CDL-A role out of El Paso, TX keeps you moving on steady dry van freight while getting you home every 4-6 days. Expect consistent miles, drop-and-hook loads, and dependable weekly pay.

Pay

• $1,750 to $1,850 per week

• Roughly 3,500 miles per week

• You're paid for every dispatched mile, whether loaded or empty

• Extra earnings possible through the company's fuel-efficiency (MPG) bonus program

Home time

• Out 4-6 nights before returning home

• Reset schedule alternates between a 34-hour reset one week and a 48-hour reset the next

• Fleet managers coordinate directly with you on load planning and home-time scheduling

What you'll haul

• General dry van freight, mostly no-touch

• Frequent drop-and-hook loads that cut down on wait time at customer sites

Equipment

• Newer International LT trucks built for comfort and efficiency

• 71-inch sleepers with automatic transmissions

• APUs, inverters, and room for a refrigerator

• Fleet maintained through Penske's nationwide service network

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 6 months of recent experience driving tractor-trailers

• Must meet the company's safety and driving standards
