About this job
Our company is looking for a Class A driver to handle trailer spotting duties at its Taunton, MA facility. You'll shuttle and stage trailers around the site to keep warehouse and transportation operations running smoothly, working a 1st shift schedule and returning home every day.
Pay
- $31.97 per hour
- Quarterly safety incentive for drivers
Schedule
- Typically Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, with an occasional two-day run added in
- 10-hour non-rotating shift starting in the morning, on an observed calendar
- Home daily
What you'll do
- Move and position trailers throughout the facility
- Support warehouse and transportation teams
- Use a forklift or pallet jack to handle heavy product when needed
Requirements
- Minimum age 24
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 2 of the last 3 years, or 3 of the last 5 years, of commercial roadway driving experience (2+ years of heavy military vehicle driving experience also qualifies)
- Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
