CDL-A Driver — Frac Sand Hauling, South Texas Oilfield

Our company is looking for an experienced Class A CDL driver to haul frac sand boxes around the South Texas oilfield near Carrizo Springs, TX. You'll run routes throughout the region, handling loading, unloading and all the paperwork that comes with oilfield freight.

Pay

• $1,300.00 - $2,000.00 per week

• Paid as 1099

What you'll haul

• Frac sand boxes on tractor-trailers, running both long routes and local trips around South Texas

• Experience with chassis trailers, flatbeds or tankers is a plus

What you'll do

• Plan routes using GPS and keep deliveries on schedule

• Load and unload cargo by hand or with equipment, following proper safety practices

• Check your truck before and after each trip to catch maintenance or safety concerns early

• Keep accurate logs of mileage, deliveries and compliance paperwork

• Stay in touch with dispatch and customers about schedules or any delays

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with the endorsements needed for the freight you're hauling (Hazmat endorsement if applicable)

• Solid background driving commercial trucks, especially freight and route work

• Comfortable with both manual and automatic transmissions

• Working knowledge of FMCSA and DOT rules, plus hazardous materials regulations where relevant
