About this job
Our company is hiring CDL-A delivery drivers to run tractor-trailer routes delivering to retail, restaurant, and e-commerce customers. Solo, driver/driver, and driver/helper routes are available.
Pay
- $85,000 to $95,000 per year
- Sign-on bonus up to $7,500 depending on experience
What you'll do
- Inspect your tractor-trailer before and after each trip and file DOT inspection reports
- Check the bill of lading and store keys for off-hour deliveries
- Drive to customer locations following commercial driving rules
- Keep accurate driver logs (manual or Peoplenet), including delivery and temperature records
- Unload the trailer and deliver product into the customer's premises
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer experience
- Must meet our company's MVR and risk rating standards
- Must read, write, and understand English well enough to follow safety and work instructions
- Background check and drug screening required
