CDL-A Delivery Driver — Home Daily, $65,000–$105,000 + $10,000 Bonus

Our company Company is looking for CDL-A delivery drivers to run routes for well-known retail, restaurant and e-commerce brands. You'll be home daily, though schedules vary and you should expect some overnight loads. Both solo and team driving positions are available.

Pay

• Drivers earn between $65,000 and $105,000 a year, depending on route size.

• You're paid using a mix of hourly, mileage, stop and case rates.

• A $10,000 sign-on bonus is paid out over your first year on the job.

Home time

• You'll be home every day, though your exact schedule depends on the route.

• CDL-A drivers need to be open to overnight loads.

What you'll haul

• Deliveries are 100% touch freight, including ramp and dolly work.

• You'll unload the trailer and bring product into the customer's location yourself.

What the job involves

• Check your tractor-trailer before and after each trip and file DOT inspection reports.

• Verify the bill of lading and handle store keys correctly for off-hour drop-offs.

• Drive safely to each stop, following commercial driving rules.

• Keep accurate driver logs (manual or Peoplenet) covering delivery receipts, product temperatures and any exceptions.

• Handle other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old.

• Valid CDL-A.

• A minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles driving tractor-trailers.

• Must pass our company's motor vehicle record and risk rating review.

• Strong enough English skills to read, write and understand safety instructions and job communications.
