CDL-A Delivery Driver — Average $100,000/Year, $12,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company is looking for a CDL-A delivery driver to run food and foodservice routes out of their Rogers, MN location. You'll handle local, OTR, shuttle, and drive-and-drop routes, delivering and unloading product for customers in a safe, timely way.

Pay

• Once you're fully trained, drivers average $100,000 a year

• $12,000 sign-on bonus (terms apply; not available to anyone who worked for a Performance Food Group company in the last 6 months)

Schedule

• Mostly 4 days a week, Monday through Friday, with an occasional 5th day

• Early morning starts, with start and end times that vary

• Shifts average 10-12 hours

What you'll haul

• Food and food-related products delivered by tractor-trailer or straight truck

• Routes dispatch out of 13400 Commerce Blvd in Rogers, MN

• Work includes pre- and post-trip inspections, verifying and securing freight, unloading at customer sites, handling returns and damaged goods, and completing delivery paperwork and logs

• Lifting involved: product generally weighs 10-35 pounds, with some items up to about 60-90 pounds depending on location; you'll use hand trucks, two-wheelers, and liftgates as needed

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license

• At least 21 years old

• High school diploma or GED

• At least 6 months of commercial driving experience

• Clean driving record (MVR) for the past 3 years

• Valid DOT health card, or able to get one

• Able to pass a road test, background check, and post-offer drug screen

• Meets any applicable state licensing requirements
