CDL-A Delivery Driver — $83,200 Annual Target Pay

Deliver Frito-Lay favorites like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to grocery stores and other locations around Midland, TX, keeping local shelves stocked. This full-time role involves driving a tractor trailer and handling freight throughout your shift.

Schedule

• Work days span Sunday through Saturday, with holiday and weekend shifts expected

• Start and end times vary

• Shifts can run up to 14 hours, including up to 11 hours of actual driving

What you'll haul

• Chips, dips, and other snack products bound for large grocery stores, Frito-Lay plants, rural storage sites, and other transfer points

What you'll do

• Drive a tractor-trailer safely between delivery points, following Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations

• Load and unload freight by hand, with a hand truck, or using palletized methods, sometimes lifting product overhead

• Gather delivery signatures, handle returns, and keep paperwork, logs, invoices, and manifests up to date

• Run pre-trip and post-trip truck checks and log hours using an electronic device such as a tablet or onboard computer

• Stay in contact with dispatch, sales drivers, and customers during your shift

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 100,000 accident-free miles driven, or more than 2,500 accident-free hours

• Able to work holidays and weekends

• Able to lift, carry, push, pull, and move product weighing 15 to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Able to stand and walk for long stretches, and sit for up to 5 hours a day, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Able to work up to 14-hour days and drive up to 11 hours daily, with or without reasonable accommodation
