CDL-A Delivery Driver — $60,000–$75,000/yr + $2,500 Sign-On

Our company in Waxahachie, TX needs a CDL-A driver to haul lumber products, running a mix of local routes and out-of-state trips. You'll handle both deliveries and material pickups.

Pay

This is a salaried role paying $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is paid out after 6 months on the job, based on good attendance and performance.

Schedule

Expect a mix of shorter local days and longer days that take you out of state. You'll need flexibility to work some weekends when the job calls for it.

What you'll haul

You'll run a tractor-trailer combination moving lumber products to customer sites and picking up materials as needed. Experience hauling lumber or similar freight is a plus but not required.

What you'll do

• Plan your routes and timing to hit customer deadlines

• Keep delivery logs and inspection records current

• Run pre-trip and post-trip checks on your rig

• Stay in touch with dispatch and customers throughout your day

• Follow all state and federal trucking rules

Requirements

• Valid CDL A with a clean driving history

• At least 2 years of commercial driving experience

• Working knowledge of DOT rules and safe driving practices

• Able to lift and handle loads up to 50 pounds

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude

• Reliable, safety-minded, and flexible on weekend work when needed
