CDL-A Delivery Driver — $31.44–$34.93/hr

Our company in Woodburn, OR is hiring CDL-A delivery drivers to run multi-stop routes out of assigned yards in Oregon, delivering meat, produce, frozen goods, groceries, and supplies to customers.

Pay

• Base rate runs between $31.44 and $34.93 per hour, based on your experience, skills, and location.

• Overtime pay applies when relevant.

• You'll also get mileage reimbursement, a meal allowance/per diem, and hotel costs covered when a route requires an overnight stay.

Schedule

• Shifts begin early, generally between 1am and 6am, and run until the route is finished.

• You'll need to be available Monday through Saturday, including some weekends.

• Most weeks run 4 or 5 days.

• Routes cover multiple Oregon yards and may change week to week, so travel between yards is part of the job.

• Some overnight trips are required.

What you'll haul

• Deliveries include meat, produce, frozen items, groceries, dry goods, equipment and supplies, dropped off at customer sites.

• You'll unload using a hand truck, carry items weighing up to 80 pounds, make frequent stops, work in all weather, confirm deliveries with customers, and collect payment (cash or check) when needed.

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older.

• Valid CDL-A from your state of residence with required endorsements, meeting DOT standards.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• No more than two traffic violation convictions in the past two years, no DUI in the past three years, and no license suspensions in the past three years.

• At least six months of commercial driving experience in any industry, or three months specifically in food and beverage delivery.

• Must pass a DOT physical.

• Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is required by the Department of Transportation.
