CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver — Home Weekly, No Experience Needed

Join a dedicated reefer and dry van fleet running out of Springfield, MO. Both new and experienced CDL-A drivers are welcome, with paid training for those just starting out, and you'll be home weekly for your 34-hour restart.

Pay

• Typical weekly earnings range from $1,300 to $1,500

• Your per-mile rate climbs as high as $0.60 once you build experience

• Bonus pay for safe driving performance

• $25 extra on any load under 50 miles

• Stop pay: $10 for the first stop, $15 for each one after that

Home time

You'll return home every week in time for your mandatory 34-hour restart.

What you'll haul

• Reefer and dry van trailers

• No-touch freight only — you never load or unload

• Mix of live unloads and drop-and-hook deliveries

• Dedicated, steady lanes keep your miles consistent

Requirements

• Current CDL-A

• At least 21 years old

• No endorsements necessary

• Open to both trainees and experienced drivers

• Available to work weekends and holidays

• Comfortable handling both reefer and dry van trailers

• Able to pass a hair follicle drug screening
