CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver — $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

Our company Transport, a family-owned carrier founded in 1926 and based in Elizabethtown, PA, hauls chocolate, sweetener and oils for major food-grade manufacturers. They're hiring dedicated Class A drivers in the Harrisburg, PA area.

Pay and bonuses

• Average yearly earnings of $73,000-$83,000K, with top earners bringing in $115k+

• $75.00/weekend day premium once you've completed your first solo load

• $7,500 sign-on bonus for new hires

• Referral bonus of $2000 per driver, with no cap

• Quarterly bonus tied to safety performance

Home time

This is a dedicated route based near Harrisburg, PA, with truck parking available at your home.

Equipment and extras

• Late-model trucks assigned to you

• Equipped with XM radio, a refrigerator and an inverter

• Paid orientation plus tanker training at $250/day

• Tanker endorsement needed, but they'll cover the cost if you're hired without one

What the job involves

You'll keep your assigned truck running safely and efficiently, deliver loads on schedule while meeting customer requirements, log your hours accurately per FMCSA rules, complete trip paperwork, and stay in regular contact with dispatch, customers and coworkers.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL issued in your state of residence

• At least 12 months of tractor-trailer experience

• Minimum age 21

• Must pass a DOT physical, an ergo test and a drug test

• English literacy and communication skills

• Clean driving history and good MVR
