CDL-A Dedicated OTR Driver — Home Weekly, $1,400 Avg/Week

Swift Transportation has a dedicated OTR opening based out of Waco, TX, hauling dry freight between Waco and points in TX, OK, and NM. You'll be home every week.

Pay

• Average weekly pay of $1,400

• Trip pay runs $0.43 to $0.58 per mile based on dispatched miles, depending on route and your verified experience

• $15 stop pay

• Starting July 13, 2026, OTR company drivers get a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week for their first 90 days of solo driving under the Guaranteed Pay Plus+ program (terms apply, ask a recruiter for full details)

• Vacation pay starts at $800 after one year on the job

Home time

• Weekly hometime on this dedicated TX-OK-NM lane

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight, OTR, dedicated account

• Work may include holidays and weekends

Requirements

• Class A CDL, at least 21 years old

• At least 3 months of driving experience

• Strong backing skills

• Not currently barred from operating a commercial vehicle under any federal, state, or local rule

• No more than one preventable on-road or DOT-reportable loss in the last 2 years, no more than 3 preventable accidents in that span, and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years

• No serious traffic violations in the past year, and no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years

• No conviction for transporting, possessing, or misusing Schedule 1 drugs while on duty within the last 3 years
