CDL-A Dedicated Dry Van Driver — Guaranteed $1,400/wk, Home Weekly

This is a dedicated dry van account hauling Dollar Tree freight out of Warrensburg, MO, delivering across Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas and Missouri. You'll be on your feet unloading freight by hand with rollers at each stop, so it suits someone who'd rather stay active than sit all day.

Pay

• Paid by CPM plus load pay, with a guaranteed $1,400 minimum per week if you have no accidents, no service failures or refusals, and are available 5.5 days

• Weekly pay typically runs $1,400 to $2,300 based on 1+ years of experience

• Safe and on-time bonus worth up to 3% of your weekly mileage pay

• Extra pay opportunities: $200/day for layover or breakdown, $200/day for retraining, $25 per backhaul pickup load, $50/day ($250/week) for mentoring, $50 per mentor road test, $25 for a clean DOT inspection

• $1,000 holiday sign-on bonus

Home time

• You're home weekly for your 34-hour reset

What you'll haul

• Dry freight for Dollar Tree, unloaded by hand with rollers at delivery locations

• Average of 2 loads and about 1,750 miles each week

• Solo driver role on newer equipment; you'll coordinate with your account manager to find safe, secure parking since trucks don't go home with you

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 21 years old

• A minimum of 3 months' recent Class A CDL driving experience
