CDL-A Dedicated Driver — Guaranteed $1,400/Week, Home Weekly

Run a dedicated Dollar Tree account based in Warrensburg, MO, delivering across the Midwest, Plains and Mountain West. This solo role keeps you active with hands-on unloading instead of just sitting behind the wheel, and gets you home weekly.

Pay

• Paid by CPM and load pay

• Guaranteed minimum of $1,400 a week if you have no accidents, no service failures or refusals, and are available 5.5 days

• Safe and on-time bonus worth up to 3% of your mileage pay

• Extra pay for layovers ($200/day), breakdowns ($200/day), retraining ($200/day), backhaul pickups ($25/load, or $15/load plus $15 dunnage at St George), mentoring ($50/day or $250/week, plus $50 per road test), and clean DOT inspections ($25)

• Weekly and yearly estimates assume 1+ years of experience

Home time

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset

What you'll haul

• Dry freight only

• You hand-unload trailers using rollers at customer stops

• Deliveries go to Dollar Tree locations in Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas and Missouri

• Drivers typically run about 2 loads and 1,750 miles a week

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 21 years old

• At least 3 months of recent Class A CDL experience

• You'll coordinate with the account manager to find safe, secure overnight parking since trucks can't be taken home
