Run container loads between Hapeville, GA and Lithia Springs, GA with our company and sleep in your own bed every night. This local Class A gig pays weekly as a 1099 independent contractor, with steady freight all year long.
Pay
- $900-$1,500 weekly, based on your effort, availability and output
- Paid every week
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, plus weekend shifts if you want them
- Daily home time, no nights on the road
What you'll haul
- Container freight only, running dependable regional contract accounts with work that stays steady year-round
Equipment
- Automatic transmission day cabs, kept in good condition
Requirements
- Current Class A CDL
- At least 2 years behind the wheel; time spent hauling containers or working rail yards is a plus
- Hazmat endorsement is a plus
- A TWIC card helps but isn't required
- Driving record free of major issues
- Safety-minded and professional on the job
