CDL-A Construction Driver — $25–$35/hr

Our company in Butte, MT needs a reliable CDL-A driver for year-round work across its Concrete, Asphalt, and Aggregate divisions. You'll be cross-trained to run multiple types of equipment and support different parts of the construction process throughout the season.

Pay

• $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

What you'll drive

• Belly dump and pup trailers

• End dump and pup trailers

• Ready mix concrete trucks

• Other company vehicles and equipment as needed

What you'll do

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Keep load tickets, delivery paperwork, and driver logs accurate

• Follow DOT, MSHA, OSHA, and company safety rules

• Help with loading, unloading, and other site tasks

• Coordinate with dispatch, plant staff, and field crews

• Keep your equipment clean and flag maintenance issues right away

You'll also be trained to work in ready mix concrete, asphalt paving, and aggregate hauling, giving you steady work and broader skills across the busy season.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license

• Current Medical Examiner's Certificate

• Clean driving record preferred

• Experience with belly dumps, end dumps, pup trailers, or mixer trucks is a plus, but the company may train qualified candidates

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a safety-first mindset

• Willingness to work long hours during peak construction season

• Must be able to commute to or relocate to Butte, MT 59701
