Pay
- Base pay ranges from $0.53 to $0.63 per mile depending on experience
- An extra $0.05 per mile mileage bonus is paid out quarterly
- Drivers average around 3,000 miles weekly
- Detention pay kicks in at $16 per hour after the first two hours
- Short hauls under 100 miles pay $25 plus mileage
- Each extra billable stop adds $30
- Breakdown pay is $75 per day
- Working an observed holiday adds $100
- Hazmat loads earn additional per-mile pay
Home time
Drivers who hit mileage targets and live in an eligible market may get home weekly.
What you'll haul
Freight is 100% no-touch, with about two-thirds of loads preloaded or using drop-and-hook delivery.
