CDL-A/B Waste & Recycling Driver — $28–$32/hr

Join a family-owned, expanding waste collection business covering residential and commercial routes north of Boston. Both front load, rear load and roll off driver positions are open, and training is available if you haven't worked in waste collection before.

Pay

• $28.00 to $32.00 per hour, with your exact rate set according to your background with commercial waste trucks or similar vehicles

Schedule

• Typical weeks run 50-60 hours

• Monday through Friday, with some positions also requiring a half-day Saturday shift

• Start time is early morning and runs until the route is finished

What you'll haul

• Servicing a mix of residential and commercial accounts in the North Boston area

• Equipment includes front loaders, rear loaders and roll off trucks

Requirements

• Valid CDL A or CDL B

• Clean driving history

• Must pass a drug screen

• Able to handle heavy lifting and loading/unloading materials

• Background with commercial trucks, ideally in waste hauling, is a plus

• Air Brake Endorsement preferred

• About a year of commercial driving or waste/garbage truck experience is preferred but not mandatory
